Needs Analyses are prepared for busy people who don’t have time to investigate the wealth of data on your community that our Planning Tools can provide.
To prepare a Needs Analysis, we use the relevant Community Planning Tools to investigate your community's socio-economic profile, as revealed by the Census and other sources. We identify key characteristics and trends, and prepare an illustrated report on the most interesting aspects of your Council area.
You can specify the aspects we are to focus on, or give us free rein to delve into your data and report on our findings. The report can be produced in the format you want (usually Word™, Excel™ or PowerPoint™), and is emailed ready for you to edit, incorporate, append or publish. A progress report is given so you can ask us to focus on emerging features.
