ABS Permission
Please note The Public Practice Products use Census data, which is freely available from the ABS website. Copyright of the data is held by the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS); The Public Practice provides it as a licensed distributor of Census data. Before publishing any Census data in hardcopy or electronic format (eg. as a PDF on your website), clients should obtain permission from the ABS.
To request permission to publish the ABS data, please contact the ABS at intermediary.management@abs.gov.au. Clients will need to advise the ABS how they plan to distribute the data. There is generally no fee for publishing on a non-charging, public access basis, but charges may apply if clients intend to sell the data to other parties. Here is an example of a request clients may find helpful:

This organisation has purchased demographic analysis products containing 2001 and 2006 Census data from The Public Practice Pty Ltd, a licensed reseller of ABS data. The analysis uses data freely available on the ABS website.
