The Housing Portrait describes the nature and occupancy of housing in your Council, and the prices people pay, using 2006 and 2001 Census data from the Basic Community Profile, the Expanded Community Profile and some other Tables not included in normal ABS Profiles.
The Housing Portrait prints as a 17-page report, and the Excel version has several topics with interactive tables that can be fine-tuned to examine sub-groups within the topic.
Like our other Portraits, it is prepared in Excel and provided as a PDF to upload to your website or publish. It compares your area with any other you choose (eg State or Australia), and examine changes over 2001 to 2006.
